How to change hair color with PHOTOSHOP!

IF YOU'RE LIKELY TO EXPERIMENT WITH YOUR HAIR, LIKE TRYING A NEW HAIR COLOR, MAYBE PHOTOSHOP CAN HELP YOU OUT WITH IT. YOU CAN EXPERIMENT WITH YOUR HAIR BY "DYEING IT DIGITALLY" BEFORE DECIDING TO HAVE IT COLORED AT YOUR FAVORITE HAIR SALON.

1. OPEN THE IMAGE YOU WILL USE FOR THE CHANGE OF COLOR.

2. CREATE A NEW LAYER

Create a "NEW LAYER".

3. AT THE WORKING PANEL (TO YOUR LEFT), CLICK THE BRUSH TOOL OR SIMPLY PRESS "B"

Click the brush tool

4. TAKE A SOFT EDGES BRUSH TO THE SIZE OF YOUR IMAGE

Adjust the size of your brush and make sure that edges are soft.

5. AT THE WORKING PANEL AGAIN, CLICK THE QUICK MASK MODE OR SIMPLY PRESS "Q"

Quick mask mode found below the foregroud color tool.

6. MARK ALL THE AREA (THAT MEANS YOUR ENTIRE HAIR). IF GOES ON THE WRONG AREA, USE THE ERASER TOOL TO CORRECT IT.


Mark all the areas.


7. CLICK THE QUICK MASK MODE AGAIN OR PRESS "Q" TO REVEAL THE SELECTION OF THE AREA.


8. WE ONLY NEED THE SELECTION OF HAIR, AS IT SELECTS THE WHOLE IMAGE. NOW, ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS GOT TO "SELECT" AND THEN CLICK "INVERSE".





9. NOW, IT'S TIME TO DYE YOUR HAIR. ON THE ABOVE PANEL, CLICK "LAYER", "NEW FILL LAYER" THEN "SOLID COLOR".



10. SET THE NAME TO "HAIR" AND THE MODE TO "SOFT LIGHT" THEN CLICK OK.



11. USE THE COLOR PICKER TO SELCT THE HAIR COLOR YOU WANT!

SEE IT'S EASY AS 1,2 AND 3! YOU THOUGHT I DYED MY HAIR BLONDE (BUT I WISH I HAD! XD) HAHAHA!
